Hi, I put in 4-5 days of a pretty good workout but I started about 3 weeks ago. I weigh 195 (6'1) with shoes, pants and tshirt on. I eat about 2.5 cups (dry) of brown rice. (among other things, of course, throughout the day). I feel like I'm getting stronger but I have some fat on the stomach. I don't know my total fat percentage -- maybe 17? I've gotten that extra fat well before I started exercising (and eating more). I want to add muscle but I don't want to be even more fat. I actually want to lower it a few % in the next month, let's say. Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
